ICERAYS ADD FORMER USHL/OHL PLAYER

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The Corpus Christi IceRays are pleased to announce the addition of Zach Tatrn to the roster. Tatrn has played in both the USHL and the OHL.

“We are fortunate to acquire this player with extensive junior resumes which has seen him both play in the OHL to USHL,” said head coach Justin Quenneville.  “We will look to him for additional leadership and depth to our core forward group.” 

Zach Tatrn played the past four seasons with the Peterborough Petes in the OHL scoring 11 goals and 23 assists in 172 games played.  This year, Tatrn has been a member of the Youngstown Phantoms in the USHL notching three points in 16 games.

“Zach is a big body at 6'3 and has skill to back it up, we look for him to bring his experience to our line-up and help our PP as well.  Expect both players in the line-up this weekend.”

The IceRays are on the home this weekend as they take on the Wichita Falls Wildcats.  Puck drops at 7:05PM on Friday night,  and 7:35PM on Saturday night.  Coverage begins 15min prior to the puck drop with the IceRays Pregame Show on ESPN Radio 1440AM.
