CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS – Enjoy a family-first weekend with the Corpus Christi IceRays at the American Bank Center as they host the Wichita Falls Wildcats on Saturday, Dec. 3 at 7:05 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 4 at 3:05 p.m. while honoring local officials in the greater Corpus Christi area.
Saturday opens the unique weekend set with City-County Night, presented by Citgo. Each season, the IceRays give thanks to those employed by the city of Corpus Christi, Nueces County, cities throughout the county, and Aransas County, Kleberg County, Jim Wells County, Refugio County and San Patricio County employees for their hard work and dedication to helping the Coastal Bend area continue to thrive and move forward. Citgo, a long time supporter of City-County Night and local communities, has donated tickets to city and county officials for Saturday’s game and invite those employees and their families to attend.
Both games also feature a special promotion for families looking to dodge the potential wet weather and find local entertainment. Saturday’s game is a Corpus Christi Caller-Times Family 4-Pack Night, so fans may purchase four tickets and receive vouchers for four hot dogs and four sodas for just $48 when buying tickets at the American Bank Center Box Office. For the first time in three seasons, the IceRays host a Sunday Funday for the second game of the weekend. $1 hot dogs, popcorn and sodas will be available at arena concessions throughout the game, providing a great, affordable family afternoon with plenty of food option. Following each game, the IceRays will host a Post-Game Skate, presented by Braselton Homes, to skate with the players and the community. Sign-ups are available next to the IceRays Team Store upon entry to the arena.
Fans can purchase tickets for both games at the American Bank Center Box Office from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. through Friday then starting two hours before game time as well as online at www.Ticketmaster.com.
