TONIGHT’S GAME … Corpus Christi had the opportunity to clinch a playoff spot last night with a regulation win and a Wildcat loss. Things didn’t pan out the way the IceRays had hoped and now with a win today, Corpus Christi can force Wichita Falls to pick up a sweep next weekend if they want a chance to make the post-season. The IceRays were outshot in the first period last night 20-7 and trailed 2-0 after 20min. In the end Carter Penzien notched the game winning goal 3:23 into the second period as the Bulls clinched the best record in the NAHL.
