NEW FACES

The IceRays acquired Forward Grayson Gerhard from the Amarillo Wranglers over the weekend. He is set to make his IceRays debut this weekend against Oklahoma. In 20 games this season with Amarillo, Gerhard has put up career highs in goals, assists, and points with 19 which ranks him second just behind Stephan Kuznetsov. Gerhard is from Allen, Texas playing in his second season in the NAHL.

 SURGING SOBUSH

Captain Pierson Sobush found his stride in November putting up a team high eight points including two games in which he had three points. He scored five goals during that stretch which included an overtime winner versus Odessa at the American Bank Center. He will look to continue his hot streak against Oklahoma entering the weekend on a three-game point streak.

MONTH AHEAD

The IceRays will play a total of eight games during the month of December consisting of a three-game series versus Oklahoma and Shreveport to begin and end the month, and then a trip to Odessa just before the Christmas break. Corpus Christi will play six out of the eight games at the American Bank Center which is a welcomed sight after more than 20 days on the road last month.
