What is a Billet?
A billet is a hockey player who does not live in this area of Texas and needs a place to live while playing hockey for the Corpus Christi IceRays.
What is a Billet Family?
A billet family takes a player (or 2) to live in their house & be a part of their family for the hockey season. The family provides a safe place to live. A monthly stipend of $450 is paid by the player’s family to help cover food & utilities.
Why Billet?
Hosting a billet player is a chance to support a driven young athlete on their path to college hockey. These players become positive role models for your children & often help out around the house, bringing leadership, responsibility, & energy into your home.
