Magnet Schedule and Rally Towel Giveaway Highlight the Two-Night Event
CORPUS CHRISTI, TX — The Corpus Christi IceRays are set to officially open the 2026–27 season at the Hilliard Center with a two-night Home Opening Weekend against the El Paso Rhinos on Friday, September 11, and Saturday, September 12, with both games beginning at 7:05 p.m.

Friday, September 11 — IceRays Schedule Magnet Giveaway
The first night of the weekend features an IceRays schedule magnet giveaway, helping fans keep track of the team’s upcoming home games all season long.
Saturday, September 12 — IceRays Rally Towel Giveaway
Saturday night brings the energy with an IceRays rally towel giveaway, giving fans another way to show their support and help create a memorable home-opening atmosphere.
The first 1,500 fans in attendance will receive the featured giveaways.
Both games are presented by Hilliard Law, with the IceRays hosting the El Paso Rhinos in what promises to be an exciting opening weekend of hockey in Corpus Christi.
“Opening Weekend is always a special moment for our organization,” said, IceRays Vice President Amanda Marines. “We’re excited to welcome our fans back, introduce them to this year’s team and start the season with two great nights of IceRays hockey.”
Fans are encouraged to arrive early, as giveaway quantities are limited to the first 1,500 fans each night. Doors open at 6:00 p.m.
