IceRays Goaltender Invited to Anaheim Ducks ECHL Affiliate Training Camp
CORPUS CHRISTI, TX — The Corpus Christi IceRays are proud to announce that goaltender Vladislav Bryzgalov has earned a training camp tryout contract with the Tulsa Oilers of the ECHL, the proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL’s Anaheim Ducks and AHL’s San Diego Gulls.
Bryzgalov has been outstanding to begin the 2026-27 season in Corpus Christi, helping the IceRays get off to a strong start while establishing himself as one of the NAHL’s top-performing goaltenders early in the campaign.
Through his first four appearances of the season, Bryzgalov has posted a 4-0-0 record, a 1.97 goals-against average, a .924 save percentage and one shutout. His strong play has been a key part of the IceRays early-season success, with Corpus Christi currently sitting at 6-1-0 on the season.
The opportunity with Tulsa represents another important step in the development of the 20-year-old goaltender.
“We are extremely proud of Vlad and excited for him to have this opportunity,” said Corpus Christi IceRays Head Coach Nick Skerlick. “He has worked extremely hard, and his start to this season has earned him the chance to go show what he can do at the next level. We wish him nothing but the best in Tulsa and hope he has a great experience at camp.”
The IceRays organization congratulates Vladislav on earning this opportunity and wishes him the best of luck at Tulsa Oilers training camp.
