FRISCO, TX – For the second meeting in a row, the Texas Tornado used a strong offensive surge coupled with solid goaltending to shutout the Corpus Christi IceRays, 5-0, at the Dr Pepper Arena on Saturday. The Tornado’s win ends a three-game losing streak and moved their record to 18-5-3 (39 points). Corpus Christi’s loss halted a three-game winning streak and dropped their record to 10-12-2 (22 points).
