CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – The 2022-23 NAHL season is about to begin and for the Corpus Christi IceRays, it will be the 25th anniversary season on the ice for the team.
The theme for the year will be “Bring the Sting”. There is a new coach who has been behind the bench for the Ice Rays in the past. Sylvain Cloutier returns for his second stint as the Ice Rays coach. He was here during the 2008-09 season when the IceRays played in the CHL. Since then, Sylvain won 6 titles in the CHL, AHL and EIHL. His job this year is to guide the team back into the playoffs after they missed the post season last season.
IceRays president Cassidy Lange is very excited to get the season underway and said that “we are alive and thriving as the team embarks on their 25th season with a new coach a new theme and a new energy”.
IceRays hockey starts September 23rd so get ready for the action and help the team Bring the Sting.
Season tickets are on sale now and if you buy or reserve them before August 31st, you can lock in last seasons prices. Ticket prices after September 1st will change.
