Records 21 Points in 52 Games this Season

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX — The Corpus Christi IceRays are proud to announce that defenseman Lucas Hihn has committed to continue his academic and athletic career at Endicott College, an NCAA Division III program competing within the Conference of New England.

Hihn has been a steady presence on the blue line for the IceRays throughout the 2025–26 season, appearing in 52 games and recording 21 points. Known for his strong defensive instincts, puck-moving ability, and composure under pressure, he has played a key role in the team’s success this year.

“Lucas has been a reliable and consistent defenseman for us all season,” said IceRays Head Coach Ryan Gil. “His work ethic and attention to detail have really stood out, and we’re excited to see him take the next step at Endicott College.”

Hihn’s commitment reflects both his dedication on the ice and in the classroom. Endicott’s hockey program has built a strong reputation at the Division III level.

“I’m honored to commit to Endicott College,” said Hihn. “I want to thank my coaches, teammates, and family for their support in helping me reach this opportunity. I’m excited for what’s ahead both academically and athletically.”

The IceRays organization congratulates Lucas on this achievement and looks forward to following his continued success at the collegiate level.
