Home Opening Weekend on September 11 and 12 vs El Paso, presented by Hilliard Law
CORPUS CHRISTI, TX — The Corpus Christi IceRays of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) announce their schedule for the upcoming 2026-27 season. The IceRays will once again compete in the South Division consisting of the Lone Star Brahmas, Shreveport Mudbugs, New Mexico Ice Wolves, El Paso Rhinos, Amarillo Wranglers, Oklahoma Warriors, and the division’s newest organization, the Houston Bulls.
The IceRays will face the Brahmas, Bulls, Mudbugs, Warriors, Rhinos, and Jackalopes eight times each throughout the season, while taking on the Ice Wolves and Wranglers four times apiece, with each series split evenly between home and away contests. The IceRays will play a total of 60 regular-season games, 28 of which will be at home at the Hilliard Center, 28 on the road and four games at the 2027 NAHL Showcase in Blaine, Minnesota. Opponents and game times for the showcase will be announced at a later date.
The IceRays home schedule consists of 12 Friday games, 13 Saturday games, 2 Sunday games and 1 Wednesday game, which will be held the week between the Christmas & New Years holidays. All home games will be a 7:05pm puck drop, with the exception of the 2 Sunday games which will be at 4:05 pm.
Home opening weekend is on Friday, September 11, and Saturday, September 12, against the El Paso Rhinos at Hilliard Center. Puck drop for both games is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. CT.
