Corpus Christi, Texas – In an effort to make a difference in our community, the Corpus Christi IceRays are thrilled to announce their annual Pack the House for Charity Night. This special event will take place on Friday, April 5 at the American Bank Center at 7:05 p.m.
This remarkable evening aims to raise funds for seven incredible charitable organizations that are making a significant impact in our community.
“Proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to these charities, allowing them to continue their vital work and support those in need.” Tanya Perez, IceRays Vice President said. “This night is very special to our organization; we look forward to it every year and this year is no different.”
To further encourage participation and friendly competition, our dedicated staff, players, and ice girls have been divided into seven teams.
Each team has taken on the responsibility of selling as many tickets as possible, with the ultimate goal of raising the most funds for their chosen charity.
“Our players, Ice Girls and staff are excited to be partnering with the charities they have selected and this week we are excited to kick off our campaign and announce the seven charities we are working with.” Perez said.

3. Team Wolfgang: Sponsoring Ronald McDonald House
4. Team Parillo: Sponsoring Gulf Coast Humane Society
5. Team Sobush: Sponsoring American Heart Association
6. Ice Girls: Sponsoring Community Choice Living
7. Front Office Staff: Sponsoring Nate’s Next Kid Up
During the game on April 5th, representatives from each charity will be invited onto the ice to receive a check from an IceRays representative from each team.
