The Corpus Christi IceRays begin their main camp at the Dr Pepper Star Center on Friday in Irving, TX.  The camp is open to the public as Brent Hughes, Justin Quenneville, and the rest of the staff will be on hand.

80 players have been invited to the main camp which includes IceRays veterans, draft picks, tender signings, and those invited from the three other camps held this summer.  The 80 players will be divided into four teams and will play hold practices and scrimmages on the first two days.  Then, the camp roster will be trimmed for an all-star game on Sunday.

Per club policy, the names of those invited to the camp were not released.  It is expected that about 30 players will head south in August to begin IceRays training camp at the American Bank Center.
