TONIGHT’S GAME … The 5th game of an eight game road trip kicks off with a battle in Odessa against the Jackalopes. Corpus Christi has a 4-0 record over the Jacks’ to start this year however, Odessa caused problems to the Rays’ last time they visited the Coliseum. This time will not be any easier with Corpus Christi hurt by injuries. Odessa has made several roster moves coming into tonight including 6ft 6in goaltender Erick Majerle while parting ways with defenseman Austin Ho. Odessa is 1-21 in their last 22 games and has lost ten straight games.

PLAYOFF RACE…Corpus Christi is now 6pts in front of Wichita Falls after beating Amarillo in a shootout on Saturday.
ADD TWO MORE…With the injuries to the Rays’, forwards Chris Stovall and Dakota Beaulieu joined Corpus Christi in Odessa for the weekend.
BRICK WALL… Goaltender Ben Myers stopped 49 of 52 shots on Saturday against the Amarillo Bulls, including three of four in a shootout.
