TONIGHT’S GAME … Corpus Christi returns to action after a week off as they invade Amarillo to take on the NAHL leading Bulls.  This is the first of four straight games between these two teams in the next six days.  Amarillo has climbed to the top of the division and league standings going 8-1-1 in the last ten games including a sweep over the Texas Tornado.  However the IceRays have caused the Bulls problems all year going 3-3 on the year and are the only team yet to fall victim to an Amarillo sweep.  Serious playoff implications are on the line with Wichita Falls hosting Odessa this weekend.  Gage Christianson has 8pts in the last five games for Amarillo and Rudy Sulmonte has matched that for Corpus Christi.

BROADCAST… Listen LIVE on ustream.com, sportsjuice.com, and the TuneIn Radio APP.  Video is available on fasthockey.com for a small cost.

THE SERIES… Tonight’s game is the 7th meeting of 12 overall between the IceRays and Bulls this season.
            – Season series: Series tied 3-3

MONFILS SHINING… Newcomer Nick Monfils impressed during his first two games with the Rays’ scoring two goals and adding as assist in two games against Odessa.

HUTTON RETURNS FROM INDY… Grant Hutton has returned to Corpus Christi and will be available against Amarillo after being summoned to play for the Indiana Ice in the.

KEY INJURIES… The IceRays remain without Perry D’Arrisso and Trevor Heuser for tonight’s game.

SHAPING UP… The South Division playoffs have already been decided with the exception of 4th place.  Amarillo, Topeka, and Texas all have earned playoff berths while Corpus Christi and Wichita Falls are seeking the final spot in the divisional round.

PLAYOFF RACE… Corpus Christi sits 7pts in front of 5th place Wichita Falls for the final playoff spot in the South Division.
