TONIGHT’S GAME … For the first time since joining the NAHL the Corpus Christi IceRays will take the ice in the playoffs after a 7-5 win over Odessa combined with a Wichita Falls loss to Topeka.  It is the 7th time in team history and the first time since joining the North American Hockey League in 2010-2011.  Last night, Brandon Smith extended his streak to six games picking up a point in each.  Rudy Sulmonte notched his 12th point in just six games with a goal and three assists in the clinching victory.  Corpus Christi will take on Amarillo in a five game series beginning next weekend.
