CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS – The Corpus Christi IceRays begin their final month of the season with Grades for Blades and the final game of the South Texas Vo-Tech Cup on Tuesday, March 3 at 7:05 p.m. when they host the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees from the American Bank Center. The game is also the first of six remaining home games in the 2014-15 regular season.

The IceRays are hosting their second iteration of Grades For Blades, presented by the Port of Corpus Christi. The IceRays along with the Port of Corpus Christi donated hundreds of tickets to local area schools to invite students to join the crowd at the American Bank Center. Throughout the game, the Port of Corpus Christi will be providing educational information about the port as well as hockey-related information. The game is also the last contest between the IceRays and Killer Bees for the STVT Cup. Heading into their final weekend of action, the IceRays trail 5-4 in the season series with three games remaining. The IceRays are coming off a weekend split against the Killer Bees, most recently a 1-0 shootout win last Saturday night from the American Bank Center.
