The IceRays have acquired Charlie Killian and Blake Lewis since the New Year. Both have made their IceRays debuts and are making impacts for Corpus Christi already.
Killian, a defenseman from Minnesota, joins the IceRays after spending the start of the season in the NCDC with the Boston Advantage. With Boston, Killian recorded twelve points in 26 games. This is not Killian’s first rodeo in the NAHL South Division, though, as he spent time with New Mexico last season.
Lewis, a forward from Indiana, joins the IceRays after most recently playing with the Boston Jr. Bruins of the NCDC. With Boston, Lewis recorded three points in fourteen games. Lewis started the season in the NAHL with Chippewa. He recorded two points in nine games with the Steel.
