The IceRays have added defenseman Matt Harvey to their roster in advance of this weekend’s games in Shreveport against the Mudbugs.
Harvey, a left-handed defenseman from Fort Covington, New York, started the season with the Cornwall Colts of the CCHL. With Cornwall, Harvey tallied ten points in 28 games played.
The six foot blue-liner has spent parts of three of the past four seasons with Cornwall in the CCHL. The lone season that he did not play with Cornwall, Harvey spent time in both the EHL and the USPHL Premier.
Harvey has joined the IceRays and is set to make his debut this weekend.
