The IceRays have announced the addition of Juraj Elias to the team. Elias, a Slovakian forward, spent the start of the season with the Green Bay Gamblers. With Green Bay, he competed in eight games.
The IceRays are excited to bring in USHL caliber talent in the form of Elias. Elias is competing in his first season of junior hockey in North America. He spent the last handful of seasons playing in his home town of Kosice, Slovakia, with HC Kosice.
Elias has arrived in Corpus Christi and is projected to be in the lineup this weekend against New Mexico.
