The IceRays have announced they will be holding their main camp at Fraser Hockeyland in Fraser, Michigan at 34400 Utica Rd from July 12-15 this summer.

Former IceRays player and coach Justin Quenneville is now the head coach of the NA3HL’s Metro Jets, who play their home games at Fraser Hockeyland. Under Quenneville’s tutelage, the Jets program has emerged as the most dominant dynasty in the league. They lead the NA3HL with 81 points and a 40-5-1 record, coming off a perfect 47-0-0 season and a Silver Cup Finals appearance last year.

Quenneville has extended his hospitality to his former team and will reconvene with some of his old friends as the IceRays make some of their final cuts in preparation for the 2018-19 season.

“We’re more than happy to have our main camp at Fraser Hockeyland with former IceRay Justin Quenneville and his staff,” IceRays General Manager Cassidy Lange said. “It has always been a success in the past and we don’t expect anything different this year.”

Registration for this camp is now open and can be done under the Prospect Camps tab on the IceRays website, www.goicerays.com. Information regarding times, the number of teams, and more will be released at a later date. Price for registration is $325, which includes a $150 non-refundable fee up to two weeks before the camp’s start date.

The IceRays will return to the American Bank Center next weekend to host the Amarillo Bulls on Friday, March 16th and Saturday, March 17th. Friday will be a Frosty Friday ($3 pints, small sodas) and Saturday is St. Patrick’s Day. Anyone who wears green to the game will be admitted for just $7. Spring breakers who show college ID to either game will be admitted for only $5. Puck drop is set for 7:05 pm CT both nights. The games will be broadcast on HockeyTV and on YouTube.
