The IceRays sign forward Jack Linton to tender for upcoming season.
Corpus Christi, TX (Jan. 25, 2023) – The Corpus Christi IceRays announced the tender signing of forward Jack Linton from the Des Moines Buccaneers AAA U18 team.
“Really excited about this signing.. great two way guy that competes and has World Junior experience at the highest level playing for Austria in the top group,” commented IceRays Head Coach Sylvain Cloutier about the recent signing.
Linton has recorded 50 points in 42 games with the Des Moines Buccaneers this season and as you heard, participated in the World Juniors for Austria in late December.
“I’m super excited about the opportunity to play and develop in Corpus. I’ve seen the rink and how rowdy that barn gets. Can’t wait to get started. Bring the sting,” answered Linton when asked about the signing.
Linton will be an asset to the team and a solid addition to an already skilled offensive unit.
