THE PENALTY KILLER… Danny Fetzer had no goals coming into this past weekend in the NAHL.  However, his first two goals that he scored were not on the power-play, or ever strength.  Instead, they were on the penalty-kill.  Fetzer scored his first NAHL goal Friday night on the penalty-kill, and his second NAHL goal on a penalty-kill Saturday night.

BRICK WALL…Anthony Stolarz played an unbelievable game Saturday night putting aside 44 of 46 shots in the 3-2 overtime win for the IceRays.  He maintains a 2.35 goals against average, and a save percentage of .927.  His save percentage is ranked tenth in the league.

HE LIKES OVERTIME… Eric Purcell has a thing for scoring overtime winning goals, who wouldn’t?  Purcell once again ended a game in overtime this past Saturday night after deflecting a Justin Lutsch shot from the point for his team leading fifth goal of the season.
