WATCH ANTHONY STOLARZ AT THE AHL ALL-STAR CHALLENGE

Feb 1, 2016

Former IceRays goaltender Anthony Stolarz ('11-'12) will represent the Lehigh Valley Phantoms of the American Hockey League (AHL) for the Atlantic Division in the 2016 AHL Toyota All-Star Challenge tonight at 6:00 p.m. CST at the Onondaga County War Memorial Arena in Syracuse, N.Y. The AHL has provided options to view tonight's game both online and in local networks.

Those wanting to watch the game online can watch for free on AHLLive.com, the pay-per-view video streaming service of the AHL, using the promo code "ASC2016" when signing up for a single-game package. In the Corpus Christi area, the game is available on Time Warner Cable Sports Channel 85 with that subscription on local television. For those unable to watch the game live, it was also be re-broadcast on the NHL Network this Wednesday, Feb. 3 at 7:00 p.m. CST. For those out of the Corpus Christi market or not subscriped to Time Warner Cable, check your local listings.

You can view the full broadcast listings across North America here through the Syracuse Crunch website.

Instead of a traditional 60-minute game, the league’s all-stars will be divided into four teams, one representing each of the league’s divisions (Atlantic, North, Central, Pacific). The teams will then play a round-robin tournament featuring six games of nine minutes each; the first half of each game will be played at 4-on-4, and the second half at 3-on-3. The two teams with the best records at the end of the round-robin tournament will face off for the championship, a six-minute game played at 3-on-3.

The IceRays send their best and congratulations to Anthony Stolarz on his first AHL All-Star Classic appearance this evening.
