TONIGHT’S GAME … Another long road trip kicks off tonight for the Corpus Christi IceRays as they take on the NAHL leading Fairbanks IceDogs for their home opener in front of a rowdy crowd at Big Dipper Arena.  The ‘Rays are coming off a home opening weekend sweep of the Lone Star Brahmas where they score seven power-play goals on just 12 attempts in the two games.  The Big Dipper Arena is one of the toughest venues to play at in the league and the home opener for the IceDogs will add to the challenge the IceRays face.  Fairbanks is 7-1-0 and was the best team at the 2013 NAHL Showcase where they won all four games.  Colton Wolter is the defender to watch out for on the IceDogs.  In the first eight games, he has seven assists and added a goal.  On offense, both Kyle Lee and Viktor Liljegren have combined for 15pts in eight games.  As for the IceRays, they will look to Eric Purcell and Tony Roisum to continue the offensive push along with Grant Hutton on defense.

TONIGHT’S BROADCAST… Listen LIVE tonight beginning at 10:15PM CST on 91.1FM KSGR, sportsjuice.com, ustream.com, and the TuneIn Radio APP.  Puck drops at 10:30PM CST.  PPV Video is available on fasthockey.com! Click the LISTEN LIVE link on www.goicerays.com for more info!
