DEFENSEMAN SAM TROUTWINE NAMED SOUTH DIVISION 3rd STAR OF THE WEEK
The Corpus Christi IceRays of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that defenseman Sam Troutwine has been named the South Division’s Third Star of the Week. The third-year blueliner played an instrumental role in the IceRays weekend sweep, recording four points across two games.
ICERAYS HOST JACKALOPES FEATURING STINGER RAY’S BIRTHDAY BASH SATURDAY
The Corpus Christi IceRays (19-15-3) have the current second longest win streak in the North American Hockey League (NAHL) following their sweep of the Amarillo Wranglers last weekend. The IceRays return to the Hilliard Center to host the Odessa Jackalopes for a two-game weekend series on Friday and Saturday, January 23 & 24.
SWIFT STRIKES IN OVERTIME AS ICERAYS SWEEP WRANGLERS IN AMARILLO
The Corpus Christi IceRays (19-15-3) grinded out their second consecutive overtime victory over the Amarillo Wranglers (14-19-3) by a final score of 3-2 Saturday night. Easton Swift played the overtime hero with his 11th goal of the season to extend the IceRays win streak to a season long six games. It also marks the first sweep of the season away from the Hilliard Center.
ICERAYS EXTEND WIN STREAK TO FIVE IN 4-3 OVERTIME THRILLER
The Corpus Christi IceRays (18-15-3) outlasted the Amarillo Wranglers (14-20-2) in overtime, earning a 4–3 victory Friday night at the Budweiser Bull Pen. Nick Evans scored the overtime winner to give the IceRays their first overtime win since the season opener. The IceRays extend their win streak to five game matching a season high.

ICERAYS CAP OFF SWEEP OF MUDBUGS IN SHUTOUT FASHION 6-0
The Corpus Christi IceRays (17-15-3) swept the Shreveport Mudbugs (15-14-6) in shutout fashion Saturday night at the Hilliard Center, skating to a dominant 6-0 victory. Xander Miceli turned aside all 20 shots he faced to earn his second shutout of the season, as the IceRays outscored the Mudbugs 10-1 over the two-game series.
