IceRays Acquire Defenseman Joel Hanson in Trade with Kenai River
Chief Executive Officer Steve Donner announced today that the Corpus Christi IceRays have acquired defenseman Joel Hanson from the Kenai River Brown Bears in exchange for a 2027 2nd round pick.
ICERAYS RETURN HOME FOR SPECIAL-THEMED SERIES AGAINST ICE WOLVES
The Corpus Christi IceRays of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) return home for a marquee two-game series against the New Mexico Ice Wolves on Friday, February 6, and Saturday, February 7. Fans can expect a high-energy weekend packed with special promotions and themed nights. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. both nights.

The Corpus Christi IceRays (20-15-4) clawed their way back from a three-goal deficit but ultimately fell short, dropping a 4–3 overtime decision to the Odessa Jackalopes (16-16-6) on Saturday night at the Hilliard Center.

The Corpus Christi IceRays (20-15-3) stormed back for a thrilling 5–4 overtime victory against the Odessa Jackalopes (15-16-6) on Friday night at the Hilliard Center. The win marked the IceRays third straight overtime victory and the second consecutive game in which Easton Swift scored the overtime winner.

DEFENSEMAN SAM TROUTWINE NAMED SOUTH DIVISION 3rd STAR OF THE WEEK
The Corpus Christi IceRays of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that defenseman Sam Troutwine has been named the South Division’s Third Star of the Week. The third-year blueliner played an instrumental role in the IceRays weekend sweep, recording four points across two games.
